Meet the Team

Donna Nguyen, M.S., RYT-200

Founder & Lead Instructor

Donna Nguyen is the founder of Aligned Care Yoga Studio. She is passionate about helping individuals cultivate greater well-being through mindful movement, self-awareness, nervous system support, and compassionate wellness practices.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Anthropology, from Wichita State University. She later completed a Master of Science in Psychology through the University of Phoenix. Her educational background provides a strong foundation in human behavior, personal growth, social connection, and whole-person well-being.

As a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, Donna brings together yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and somatic-informed practices to create experiences that support physical wellness, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to self. She is continuing her education through advanced yoga teacher training and additional trauma-informed wellness studies.

Donna believes that sustainable well-being is built through consistency, compassion, and connection. She also believes that maintaining strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility throughout life can help individuals move through each season with greater confidence and vitality.

Through Aligned Care Yoga Studio, Donna is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every student feels welcomed, encouraged, and valued.

Her hope is that each person who enters the studio leaves feeling a little more grounded, connected, and at home within themselves.
